Just Fit

We are so excited about our new Fitness Classes powered by Motion Evolution! 

This national program is designed specifically to increase your child’s fitness and to teach them about living a healthy lifestyle.  Furthermore, they will learn that exercise is fun! The whole class is full of laughter and smiles. We are teaching them to love movement, which will guide them to appreciating activity throughout their lives.

Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. Motion Evolution targets these two areas through fun and innovative exercise during class as well as through utilizing the interactive handouts. 

Registration Begins July 15, 2011

Saturday 1:00 - 2:00pm   
12-Week Course with classes
$35 Monthly Fee plus Annual Registration Fee of $25.
